For advisors, agencies, and benefit firms
Your clients are turning 65. You don't have to become a Medicare expert.
Part ABC handles Medicare for the clients of financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, and benefits firms across the country. You keep the relationship. We do the work and report back.
Every advisor has the same experience. A good client turns 64, asks what to do about Medicare, and you're suddenly fielding questions about enrollment windows, IRMAA surcharges, Part B penalties, and whether their doctor takes a plan you've never heard of.
You can guess. You can send them to a 1-800 number. You can send them to a website and hope.
None of those are good options, because the ones that go wrong come back to you. A client who gets a late enrollment penalty, or loses their oncologist because a plan network changed, remembers who they asked.
Medicare is a small part of your business and a large part of your client's year. That mismatch is exactly the problem we solve.

HOW IT WORKS
THREE STEPS:
01 — You introduce us An email intro, a warm transfer, or a form. However you prefer.
02 — We take it from there We reach out within one business day. Education first, options second. The client works directly with a licensed agent — not a call center, not a rotating rep.
03 — You hear back You get a short summary of what was recommended and why, plus confirmation when the client is enrolled. You're never wondering what happened to a referral you sent.

FAQ
Questions firms ask before they refer
Will you cross-sell my clients? No. When you refer a client for Medicare, we handle Medicare. If a client independently raises something outside that scope, we tell you before we do anything, and we'd rather point them back to you than around you. Referral relationships end the moment a partner feels like a competitor, and we build these to last. Which is why Part ABC has built out a referral platform for these types of situations.
What if my client moves out of state? We're licensed in all 50 states. That's a large part of why firms choose us over a local only agent.
Do I need to be licensed to refer? No. You're making an introduction, not advising on insurance. We handle everything that requires a license.
What happens after enrollment? The client stays with us. Every year before AEP we run a free Medicare Audit™ reviewing their plan against their current prescriptions, doctors, and health situation. Most agents enroll and disappear. That annual review is the reason our clients stay and the reason our review rating is what it is.
How many clients do you need to make this worth it? One. Some of our best partners send two or three a year. There's no volume commitment and nothing to sign.
What does it cost me? Nothing. We're compensated by the carriers, exactly as any Medicare broker is.
How fast do you respond? Same business day, usually within a few hours. Speed is the whole point of having a specialist.
Lets have a 15-minute conversation
No pitch deck and no agreement to sign. We'll walk you through how the handoff works, what you get back, and whether it fits how your firm operates. If it doesn't, you'll know in fifteen minutes.
